By using Spiritquesting.com - posting comments and/or blog posts - and by creating an account with Spiritquesting.com you agree to:

• Not engage in illegal activity.
• Respect federal and international copyright law and/or not infringe on another's intellectual property.
• Only distribute another's intellecutal property with artist's - or authorized person on behalf of the artist - written consent outlining the purview of the permission/use.
• Respect other Spiritquesting.com visitors and refrain from harassment.
• Hacking, which includes, for example penetrating or attempting to access, without authorization, Spiritquesting.com's host, files, etc.
• Uploading or linking to any content that violates another's right of publicity or privacy.
• Distributing hate speech, or any other content that is obscene, abusing, which could be considered libellous and defamatory.

If you believe your work has been illegally distributed, please contact admin@spiritquesting.com. Please provide your immediate contact information, a description of the copyrighted material and where it was found, proof of your ownership, and a physical or electronic signature. Once contacted, the material will be immediately removed. If your claim of ownership is in doubt, it will remain removed indefinitely until ownership is confirmed.

Violating these TOS could result in your removal from Spiritquesting.com. Please note these terms may change with or without notice.
